About

Alina Adomaitytė is a senior executive, investor, business strategist, and international speaker with more than 15 years of leadership experience across investments, infrastructure, agriculture, sports, and emerging markets. Her work connects Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, with a strong focus on strategic growth, deal execution, agriculture investment, food value chains, and large-scale business development. She is the CEO of the smart agro development company Žemė Group, Founder and President of Adomaitytė International Basketball Academy — AIBA, and CEO and Managing Director of Agro Resources Investment Company in the UAE. Earlier in her career, she founded and led Innoera Group and Innoera Global, a business consulting group focused on structuring and attracting private investment with support from European funding, the World Bank, and commercial banks. With over a decade of C-level leadership in large corporations, experience managing teams of more than 600 people, board-level governance expertise, and more than 10 years of work with institutional-level environments including ministries and parliament, Alina brings a rare combination of corporate, governmental, and international investment experience. Her career across Europe and the Middle East has been marked by complex project execution, multi-asset portfolio management in agriculture and food value chains, and the development of initiatives designed to create revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term impact. Beyond business, Alina is a powerful advocate for women’s leadership in sport. She served for more than five years as Vice President of the Lithuanian Basketball Federation and serves as a FIBA Women’s EuroBasket 2027 Ambassador, roles through which she promotes inclusivity, visibility, and excellence in women’s basketball. As a speaker at Richesses D’Afrique Masterclass, Alina brings a global perspective on investment, agriculture, infrastructure, leadership, and diaspora engagement. Her experience in Africa-focused agricultural investment and her work connecting African opportunities with European and Middle Eastern markets make her a strong voice for encouraging diaspora Africans and international partners to invest, build, and create sustainable value on the African continent.
