Jean-Claude Tshipama is International Coordinator of the Diambilay Business Center, the Lubumbashi-based incubator group supporting African entrepreneurs. He brings more than 25 years of executive experience across telecoms, technology, pay-TV and banking, having served as Deputy CEO of Equity BCDC, CEO of Eutelsat's Konnect Africa, CEO of Canal+ RDC, and senior roles at Microsoft, Digicel and Celtel. He holds an MBA from McGill–HEC Montréal and lectures on entrepreneurship at several Congolese universities. He is also founder of Tshipama Academy, an online entrepreneurship and leadership training platform.
