Jean-Claude Tshipama is International Coordinator of the Diambilay Business Center, the Lubumbashi-based incubator group supporting African entrepreneurs. He brings more than 25 years of executive experience across telecoms, technology, pay-TV and banking, having served as Deputy CEO of Equity BCDC, CEO of Eutelsat's Konnect Africa, CEO of Canal+ RDC, and senior roles at Microsoft, Digicel and Celtel. He holds an MBA from McGillâHEC MontrĂ©al and lectures on entrepreneurship at several Congolese universities. He is also founder of Tshipama Academy, an online entrepreneurship and leadership training platform.
