Dr. Jean-Clément Diambilay is the founder of Diambilay Business Center (DBC), the Lubumbashi-headquartered incubator group operating across the DRC, France and Germany. In May 2025 he convened the first Richesses d'Afrique forum in Paris — more than 1,500 entrepreneurs, investors and institutional leaders gathered around agriculture, renewable energy and digital innovation — the vision he now brings to Essen for the 2026 German edition. An economist by training (Université de Lubumbashi, 1999) with prior international experience at DNB Bank in Norway, he leads or co-owns more than 18 companies across the Godwin and Sionabethel groups, and is the author of more than 30 books on leadership, faith and entrepreneurship.
